A Fresh Seasonal Menu Meets the Magic of Chihuly This Summer

Join us for an unforgettable dining experience at The Lodge featuring grazing snacks and set menus showcasing the finest local flavours. Complete your evening with a stroll through the Chihuly Exhibition, an incredible display of glass artworks by the iconic Dale Chihuly being shown throughout the Botanic Garden until April 29th, 2025.

Friday and Saturday Nights (from 6:00 pm): A meticulously crafted Set Dinner Menu, available for $99 per person, including a ticket to the Chihuly Exhibition, or $79 for existing Chihuly ticket holders.

Grazing Snacks
A casual Grazing Snacks Menu invites guests to savour South Australian flavours, this snacks menu is available daily and is perfectly timed for visitors exploring the Chihuly Exhibition Nights on Friday and Saturday.

Snacks are available daily from 11:30am until 4:00pm, and Friday and Saturday evenings from 6:00pm.

From the delicate zucchini carpaccio with whipped ricotta and garden herbs to the comforting Greenslade chicken with mustard and lemon thyme gravy, every dish tells a story of local produce and thoughtful preparation. The dining experience concludes sweetly with a nostalgic lamington, elevated with quandong jam and coconut ice cream — a perfect blend of tradition and creativity.
